Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and PipFlo (“PipFlo”, “we”, “us”), covering your use of pipflo.com and the PipFlo application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use PipFlo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is for your own personal use. You may hold one account, and you must not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
2. What PipFlo is — and is not
PipFlo is a record-keeping and analytics tool. It lets you log trades you have already made, import broker statements, and view statistics and summaries derived from what you enter.
PipFlo does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. No metric, chart, score, streak, rating, summary, plan template, or other output — however it is labelled — is advice or a signal. Any decision you make is your own.
- PipFlo has no connection to your broker and cannot place, modify, or close trades.
- Leveraged and margin products are high risk. You can lose more than your initial deposit, and you can lose all of your capital.
- Past performance — yours or anyone’s — does not indicate future results.
- Statistics depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter or import; they may be wrong if your inputs are.
- Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@pipflo.com as soon as you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by someone using your credentials where we were not at fault.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the trades, notes, files, screenshots, and other content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to upload it. Do not upload anything unlawful or infringing, or any malware. We do not routinely review Your Content, and the accuracy of anything the Service calculates depends on it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or regulation while using the Service;
- access, or try to access, another user’s account or data;
- probe for vulnerabilities or bypass any security or authentication measure;
- scrape or bulk-download data except through features we provide, such as CSV export;
- work around plan limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except to the extent that law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to a third party, or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section.
6. Plans, billing, and changes to the Service
PipFlo has a free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly through our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may change prices, add, change, or remove features, and adjust limits as the Service develops, and we may modify or discontinue the Service in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practical. A price change or a material reduction of a paid feature will be notified before it takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
7. Third-party services
The price chart is provided by TradingView, and the economic calendar and news headlines come from third-party sources. We do not control these services, do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, and are not responsible for them. Your use of the embedded TradingView chart is also subject to TradingView’s own terms.
8. Availability and “as is”
We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any calculation or data will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipFlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost trading opportunities, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the Service is free) or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify PipFlo against any claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Your content’s licence wind-down, “as is”, limitation of liability, indemnification, and disputes — continue to apply.
12. Disputes
If you have a problem with the Service, email us at support@pipflo.com first — most issues are resolved that way. You and we agree to try to settle any dispute informally before either of us takes any other step. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
